The Cafes around the event offer free Wifi and access to mobile phone charger stations.
There are two entrances where you can register or collect your badge to access the SPE Offshore Europe Conference and Exhibition; the Main Exhibition Registration Area outside Hall 1, and the Conference Registration Area, at the main entrance of the AECC. Both of the Registration Areas will open from 0830 each day for visitors and exhibitors.

There are official Information Points around the exhibition floor where you can ask for assistance. These will be marked on all event floorplans, the catalogue and the route-planner. There will also be ‘Ask Me’ staff circulating around the event and will be able to assist.
There is a free Cloakroom available to all visitors in the main exhibition registration area.

Authors must report to the SPE Author Room (rooms 15 and 16) at least half a day before your session to check-in and upload your presentation to the network. The Author Room can be reached via the Conference Registration Area (next to the Holiday Inn).
A number of free mobile phone charging stations are available for free use around the event.
